• IMPORTANT: eUtilities User Authentication Updates. Following the New World ERP 2018.1 software update, your citizen customers will not be able to access their eUtility accounts without first creating new user profiles. • IMPORTANT: Correction for bad transaction data in New World ERP 2018.1. Some utilities may have a small number of customer accounts for which the overall balance is known and correctly displayed on most screens, while in other specific screens there exists a small discrepancy between the total balance and the balance displayed at the charge category/line-item detail level. This will sometimes occur due to software defects that have since been resolved. A correction for this issue is available with the 2018.1 release. Click here for more information.
